**This is a light Rain or Shine ride.  However if the conditions will be miserable, we have the option to postpone the trip or refund your ticket.  If the trip is not cancelled refunds will be given on a per-person situation depending on the reason.  A lot goes into planning the trip and i will try to accommodate those who need to cancel but if you just woke up late, it will be unfair to refund a full registration.**
